My entrepreneurial spirit emerged from an early age as I was introduced to the family business by my father. In 1992 I became the CEO of Experience Group which has gradually overtime transformed into one of the leading clothing manufacturers in Europe & Asia. Through consistent hard work and determination the business has grown on average 30% a year to revenues of over 160 million USD. I live my life based upon three basic principles which I have taught myself, hard work, courage and honour. Combining these three elements has been the catalyst of my success in the business world. I can also be described as a perfectionist; I seek perfection in all parts of my life. My instincts are one of being a risk taker; there have been times where I have proven people wrong because of my aggressive high risk strategies which I have adopted. My personality can be described as a challenger, each and every day I challenge myself to hit new heights and the long term target I have set for myself is the biggest challenge of my working life yet the commitment, and natural drive I possess will make sure I achieve it. Some people are driven financially; personally for me success is the most important element because a successful individual becomes a member of an elite group of businessmen who are in a league of their own. I am on a consistent path of self-improvement and this year I attended a management course at Harvard Business School with some of the elite in the business world.
